Role of Students in Eradicating Illiteracy

By – Rajesh

Illiteracy is a big problem for our society. It makes people unable to do many things and stops them from growing. Even though places like Kerala and Lakshadweep have high literacy rates, there are still many people who can’t read or write in our country.

Older people and those who don’t have much money are often the ones who can’t read or write. Kids who don’t go to school also end up being illiterate. One reason for this is that not enough people know how important education is. Even though the government has tried to help older and poor people learn to read, their efforts haven’t been enough.

Young people need to take action to spread awareness about literacy. They are energetic and can do a lot to help. If they start campaigns in different parts of cities, towns, and villages, literacy rates could go up a lot. If they explain to people why being able to read and write is so important, more people will support them. So, it’s important for young people to get involved and help make sure everyone can read and write.

By- Nikita

In India today, women face a lot of danger and insecurity. If you look at the news, you’ll see many stories about women being hurt or treated badly. They get harassed, mistreated at home, and sometimes even attacked in faraway places. This makes women feel scared and worried, like they can’t do what they want. It’s really sad to think about what these women go through.

We often blame someone else when something bad happens to a woman, but we don’t always fix the real problem. The first thing we need to do is make sure the laws that protect women are followed properly. People who hurt women should be punished really harshly.

We also need to teach everyone about these issues and make sure we don’t accept people who do bad things to women. The police should watch out more for these kinds of crimes. And most importantly, we should teach girls and women how to protect themselves. If we do all these things, women in India can feel safer and enjoy their lives more.

Whether people like to accept it or not, girls are the basis WO and foundation of our society. It is necessary to educate them and treat them at par with the boys, not just because it is an equal right but also because we need it so that we can prosper and flourish. Today, we find women walking shoulder to shoulder with men in every field whether it is science and technology or movies and entertainment.

The women have shown equal potential in all walks of life, so it is only fair that they are given an equal chance. Statistics have shown that women are more hardworking than men and have produced better results. It is the women who take care of the family and give the basic education to the children.

If that first step in education is not correct then how will we have a strong and well developed nation. It is rightly said that when we educate a boy we educate an individual but when we educate a girl we educate a family. Therefore, in order to ensure that our nation, develops it is necessary that the i women of our country are educated and are allowed to grow and develop.
